Your Role and Responsibilities :

As a Delivery Executive, you'll serve as a leader by supporting both the sales of new business opportunities and the delivery of services to clients. A successful Delivery Executive establishes strong, trusted relationships with clients through their ability to articulate solutions and other areas of IBM used to deliver complex services. You will play a key role in ensuring IBM's financial success of engagements directly managed, as well as the generation of services revenue with new business sales.

Your primary responsibilities include:

- Identify new business opportunities, creatively participate in solutions development and sales, and assist IBM in winning the business.
- Support and lead billable client activities within their practice area and participates in related sector, solution, or community activities.
- Support development and delivery of new Application Development & Innovation and IoT blockchain services to clients.
- Put into practice your business knowledge to develop a strategy for accounts and participate in developing the overall strategy.
- Drive the best performance of accounts, servicing, and selling solutions.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

- Experience in AMS and Operations projects
- Must understand large and complex service engagements in their area of expertise, including the appropriate methods and skills needed to solve business problems in the client's industry

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

- Manage and grow our Application Management business in ENPPI
