Position Summary

You will drive local information into Consensus Demand Plan through Monthly Business Planning Cycle and provide the right visibility to all stakeholders, coordinating and ensuring planned execution, promotion campaigns planning and order fulfillment management.

A day in the life of

- Achieve sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy improvement, such as accuracy level, variability and bias.
- Implement improvements to Demand and Supply Planning processes and tools to deliver tangible benefits.
- Share & align demand plan with the Head Office Category Demand Planner by capturing and analyzing input from Generating Demand on events; customer, consumer & competitor information; other trends and influences that impact planning.
- Highlight and manage exceptional demand and supply issues, such as unrealistic demand and material shortage and drive fast, appropriate actions to minimize the impact of deviations from the Demand Plan.
- Follow up on local Promo and Regular Sales execution. Coordinate and plan stock movements between Distribution Center & Co-packer.
- Maintain & align weekly forecast through conducting weekly exception reviews and actively participate in weekly Demand and Supply reviews with the Head Office team.
- Ensure timely input to the sign off process of Demand Plan and alert any deviations to category Demand and Supply Planning team.
- Supporting unfulfilled orders management, such as duplicate order management and monitor ageing stock depletion.
- Support local Sales team by providing input on a regular basis regarding the trends (e.g. consecutive bias) and exceptions in terms of orders and potential Supply issues.

Requirements

What will make you successful

- At least 2 years of operational experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Supply Chain Development.
- SAP knowledge and Statistical Forecasting is an advantage.
- Previous exposure to LEAN concepts and tools is an asset.
- Proficient in excel
- Demonstrated strong communication skills
