Role overview

The primary responsibility of this position is to support all GB customer facing roles to achieve the best possible results by building a Demand Engine for the respective Market Unit. The demand manager brings a sense of purpose and fun to the hard craft of building quality pipeline. She/he will work closely with sales operations and marketing to analyse market opportunities and identify pipeline gaps. With that insight, she/he will closely align with Sales, Marketing and Partner management to build and drive demand generation plans to provide solid pipeline coverage and conversion. We are looking for data-driven, strategic person who can also "roll up their sleeves" to do the work necessary to execute on the data driven demand generation vision. This role requires strong business acumen and being well-versed in integrated campaign planning, demand generation, digital marketing and project management best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Organise Demand Planning to analyse gaps, identify whitespace, Cross & Upsell Opportunities and improvement areas to optimize the SAP Channel.
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing, BusDev and Partner Management to drive campaign execution.
- Across all Demand Generation Functions, foster a culture of making data-driven decisions. Orchestrate the ongoing interaction between key roles to consistently drive GB Pipeline.
- Implement best practices and continuously improve processes and simplify with technology.

Requirements

Required Skills/Experience

- A senior professional with 13+ years experience in Marketing, Sales or Sales Operations.
- An 'energiser' who brings a sense of purpose and fun to building a pipeline culture.
- Track record of driving Sales Pipeline with experience in modern "data-driven" methods of demand generation.
- A results-driven leader who possesses strong analytical skills and demonstrated success working with regional stakeholders.
- Service-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communicator and team player with the ability to develop and maintain relationships within a virtual team.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, MBA/Master's degree or equivalent preferred
- Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
