Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in managing a multi-disciplined team of Worley personnel and subcontractors on the El Dabaa nuclear project, where Worley acts as Owner's Technical Consultant.
- Provides direct interface with the Owner and assists in the training of Owner's engineering and technical staff.
- Represents the project at internal & external meetings
- Ensures effective coordination between project disciplines
- Enforces inter-discipline reviews of deliverables, distributes deliverables on the project
- Reports on project scope performance against the baseline plan

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering. Project Management Certification is a plus.
- Strong technical skills; 10 years of experience in engineering management and project management for NPP construction projects including management of multi-discipline teams and work at remote sites.

Special Job Requirements
- Work location is Cairo, Egypt, relocating to El Dabaa nuclear site.
- English fluency is required; Russian is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent multi-cultural, multi-discipline leadership skills
