Digital Architect Tech Lead

Digital transformation is a journey not a one off-event. It needs to be nurtured and grown by talented people who experiment, fail fast, innovate and fight ambiguity at place to shape our digital future.

So we are looking for diverse digital architects , the architect is responsible for analyzing Vodafone Egypt enterprise business and architecture, and detecting digital market trends and technology disruption to develop opportunities of evolving in capabilities , technology and architecture, in order to leverage Vodafone Digital transformation vision.

Accountabilities:
1. Adhere Digital architecture blueprint and Digital principles for compliancy
2. Design and Deliver technical enablers and capabilities including external dependencies and cross-domains
3. Collaborate with business to capture roadmap and identify missing technical capabilities
4. Ensure and facilitate business solution and implementation compliance to digital architecture standards
5. Scout new technologies, systems and vendors to enable missing digital capabilities and to manage technology obsolescence
6. Manage vendor and virtual teams to deliver targets and KPIs
7. Advocate adoption new technologies and provide guidance
8. Playing product owner role in digital technical squads and present ownership and key existence

Requirements

Professional Qualification:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field
2. 7+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in equivalent role, preferable in telecommunication industry
3. Demonstrate experience that span multi-disciplinary areas such middleware , application and digital development, customer relation management, enterprise architecture, information analysis and data Modeling
4. Having synergy and cross exposure to Modern architecture , Data modeling , Cloud computing , DevOps , Data science analysis , Security and Artificial intelligent
5. Willingness and ability for technology innovation : scouting , screening and evaluation and handle implications
6. Design of web-scale and cloud native architectures
7. Quickly grasp business and market needs with co-design mode with the business
8. Working with agile methodologies Scrum or Kanban
9. Proven ability in delivering long-term solution and architecture from conception to completion.
10. Proven experience in managing virtual team and vendors
