• Working with markets and Divisions to deliver flawless Issues Management and outstanding thought leadership on strategic topics.

• Working with Divisions to build brand equity and penetration-led growth via brands purpose, partnerships and catalyzing packaging/sustainable innovation.
• Working with markets and divisions to deliver savings through external affairs and advocacy interventions.
• Working with HR to motivate employees to stay and thrive in times of sustained changes.

Why Do We Need You?

We are currently looking for a brilliant Digital Executive to work within our Communications team in NAME. Your expertise will help you manage small and large-scale digital projects, business partner the region Senior Leadership team and effectively engage and support the Corporate Communications Managers in NAME markets.

This role also involves working closely with key stakeholders across the broader Communications function and beyond - for example, with our regional and global digital teams, Media Relations, External Affairs and Sustainable Business.

Digital is one of the key growth enablers for Unilever and working as part of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and exciting environment, working on high profile channels and projects.

What Will You Be Doing?

• As a Digital Engagement Executive your role will consist of driving internal engagement of employees and external engagement of influencers through best-in-class digital communications.
• In this role you will be working closely with the head of NAME Communications in devising, producing and implementing a strategy to drive engagement with audiences through MCOs corporate digital channels.
• Internally, you will be responsible of sourcing, developing and publishing content for internal digital channels and managing Senior Leadership digital communications with their audiences.
• You will also be responsible for managing the delivery of key projects and activities, including the activation of new tools and technology and global campaigns and content.
• Externally you will responsible for delivering campaigns on digital channels aiming at building thought leadership on strategic topics and issues .
• You will also be supporting the team on issues and crisis management providing guidance and supporting on the execution of proactive and reactive plans.
• And last, you will be responsible for driving the performance and analytics of all the channels.

Requirements

What Experience And Skills Will You Bring?

Essential:

• Corporate digital channels management
• Managing internal and/or external communications
• Excellent relationship-building and written communication skills in English and Arabic

Desirable:

• Managing large-scale networks of sites and monitoring site standards
• Working in a regional role
