Main Purpose of Job:

- Guardian of the DSP process in the market
- Drive E2E cross-functional Business planning and Process optimization to support organizational growth plans and ensure compliance to the standards and best practices. Ensure alignments across categories in the market.
- Leverage the IS IT solutions to enable the business to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations
- Ensure that the evolution of the IS IT solutions meet the needs of the business community
- Provide feedback and drive enhancement proposals to the local/regional/category/zone DSP teams on new or deployed solutions
- Build and maintain DSP community capabilities to bring Planning to the next level

A Day in the Life:

- Deploy and leverage DSP Best practices and tools and drive supply planning process standardization and aligned ways of working across categories.
- Ensure compliance and implementation of defined solutions in DSP.
- Strengthen Demand & Supply planning capabilities on processes, tools, and Master Data
- Collaborate with DSP community to manage continuous improvement DSP projects, lead and contribute to projects that interact with DSP processes, tools, and master data
- Contribute to the development of DSP, SC, NCE and LEAN initiatives and roll-out by bringing ideas, feedback, and requirements from own area(s) of responsibility.
- Work closely with the DSP community for development and coaching of team members: Develop and sustain a relevant capability building framework and support with the onboarding of new employees.
- Lead the superusers network within the DSP areas and be the contact person with IT and offshore for all related DSP issues and provide solutions in a timely manner

Requirements

Are you a fit?

- Any relevant operational experience at market / business level in Demand & Supply Planning or as Business Process Quality
- In depth knowledge of the areas, within or outside supply chain, interacting with the DSP process
- Good knowledge of the Nestlé IS/IT tools
- Good knowledge of implementing NCE and its tools
- Ability to use networks and to influence people at all levels
