Job Description

- Ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of all departments
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers and staff, particularly during shifts
- Dealing with customer complaints, queries, and requests for information
- Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to by all staff and visitors
- Managing cash handling and banking procedures
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts and managing employee performance
- Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress
- Communicating effectively with staff and upper management
- Ensuring that all facilities are kept clean and well maintained
- Assisting in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures

Requirements

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or relevant role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good knowledge of operations management
- Ability to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities
- Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines
