Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring an Edge Community Executive

What will you do?
- Promote a helpful and professional image of the Business Center facilities to the client and give full co-operation to any customer requiring assistance with a prompt, caring, and helpful attitude
- Deal with all inquiries relating to the booking of meeting rooms, including the preparation, set-up, cleaning up following, and catering communication
- Monitor service levels and proactively ensure the Innovation Center is ready for guests
- Conduct regular inspections to address any facility-related issues promptly.
- Provide administrative support to tenants and users as requested
- Collect and analyze feedback from tents to continually enhance guest experiences

Knowledge, skills and professional requirement:-
- Very good English Proficiency
- Problem Solving Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality industry (Hotels - Business Centers)
