Raya Information Technology: one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring for Engineer (PS- Digital Enterprise Management)

What will you do?
-Handel RAYA Customer users consulting to apply the ITIL / ITSM best practices
-Gather, analyze customer requirements and map the needs to the ITSM solutions
-Handle implementation, integration, customization and support of Service Management / Monitoring / Automation tools
-Conduct UAT and ensure processes and Configurations are properly documented
- Integrate ITSM solutions with Customers Current Systems if needed to maximums the Value to RAYA Customers
-Communicate to Customers the implementation Progress and also the Team Leads and Project Managers
-Manage hand over and knowledge transfer of implemented systems to customers

Requirements

Skills
- B.Sc of Engineering (Communication/Computer)
-Systems administrations awareness on windows servers or Linux systems
-Essential scripting and programing knowledge
-Essential Database Servers Administration / SQL Query and programing knowledge
- Basic understanding of network
- ITIL Awareness
-Hands on experience in helpdesk/ticketing systems or network monitoring tools
-Ability to diagnose technical problems to their root cause. In addition to troubleshooting skills and consulting skills
