Job description / Role
DAR Engineering, a leading design & engineering consulting organization in Saudi Arabia engaged in Power Generation, Electrical Transmission & Distribution, Health Care & High Rise Buildings <br> Responsibilities: <br> - Develop detailed structural designs and models using BIM software (Revit) for various projects. <br> - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural design elements into overall building designs. <br> - Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications throughout the design process. <br> - Perform clash detection, model coordination, and resolve design conflicts in collaboration with other disciplines. <br> - Generate accurate quantity takeoffs and assist in the preparation of construction documents. <br> - Support the implementation of BIM methodologies and best practices within the company. <br> - Participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions to communicate project progress and findings effectively. <br><br>Qualifications Required: <br> - Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. <br> - 8-10 years of experience in structural design and modeling using BIM software. <br> - Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit). <br> - Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards. <br> - Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating design efforts. <br> - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. <br> - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. <br><br>
