About the role
Job description:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions that align with our business objectives and technology strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements, define architecture principles, and drive the evolution of our technology landscape.
Responsibilities:
• Analysis of the impact of new product processes and operational tools, provides the necessary validation and application to business experts.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and standards to guide technology investments and initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and define strategic technology solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance to project teams to ensure solutions adhere to architectural principles and standards.
• Define and enforce best practices for software development, integration, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, engineers, and other team members.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance agility, scalability, and reliability.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Requirements
About you
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and methodologies.
• Expertise in cloud computing, microservices architecture, API management, and modern software development practices.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns, data architecture, and security principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF Certified, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
• Good leadership and motivational skills
• Experience in modeling and graphic representations
• Ability to articulate, persuade, conceive, and portray the big data picture to others.
• Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture or equivalent experience.
• Archimate modeling language experience.
• ServiceNow Certified master architect is a plus
