Role Profile
- Understanding Business Problems, analysing and documenting them and translating/transforming them into technology solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design ERP solutions that support business processes, workflows, and objectives.
- Review Architecture to make sure its scalable and adaptable ERP solutions that leverage best practices, emerging technologies, and industry standards to drive business value.
- Lead ERP implementation projects from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, and execution, to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- Document ERP solution architectures, design specifications, technical configurations, and deployment procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
- Work with ERP vendors, consultants, and service providers, ensuring alignment with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Evaluate vendor proposals and oversee vendor deliverables to ensure successful ERP implementation and support.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of ERP solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from stakeholders to iteratively refine and improve ERP solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications
- +5 Years Experience as solution architect/implementation engineer
- Computer Science or Engineering Bachelors Graduate
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business challenges, analyse requirements, and design effective ERP solutions that meet business needs.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, technologies, and business priorities while maintaining focus on delivering high-quality ERP solutions that drive business value.
- Understanding of business processes, workflows, and industry trends to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation through ERP solutions.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite, including experience with ERP modules such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources.
- Knowledge of integration technologies and standards such as REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and middleware platforms to integrate ERP systems with third-party applications, databases, and external services.
- Understanding of data migration techniques and tools to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data between ERP systems, legacy systems, and external data sources.
- Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) and reporting tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, Oracle BI, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau for extracting insights from ERP data and generating reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Good understanding of AI and M/L (Machine Learning)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect/ Oracle Implementation Specialist Certification
