About the role

Purpose of the job

Managing ERP team for implementation, development and operation

Duties and responsibilities

- Ability to lead a team of experts in ERP function in Enterprise Solutions Department.
- Ability to perform in a workstream lead role, organizing, mentoring and providing quality assurance on deliverables.
- Responsible for the creation of quality solution documentation, including, Functional specifications.
- Responsible for the Configuration / build of Oracle ERP/SCM solutions (for new projects or CRs) Expert in Oracle ERP/SCM and integrated modules / products, HCM is preferred.
- Participate in design discussions with client and lead design and process discussions.
- Support the evaluation of the solution scenarios.
- Detailing of the technical specifications required to deliver the functional requirements of the solution.
- Ability to provide estimation of effort for technical developments.
- Ability to manage the team deliverables. Ensuring Project deadlines and SLA targets are achieved.
- Responsible for data migration and cutover topics for the stream.
- Responsible for issue resolution post go-live and transition to support.

Education

- 10 years Experience in EBS Management for the following areas:
- Finance
- SCM
- HCM
- Customization
- Integration with other systems (IE. Retail system, E-invoice)
- Upgrades (App/DB)
- Experience with Oracle DB foundations
- A minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementation projects covering ERP Financials or Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, HCM is preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in several of the following activities on ERP projects; requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, functional configuration. Integration, data migration, training, post go live support.
- Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
- Strong client relationship skill
- Strong attention to details
