Job Description & Summary
We are seeking to recruit AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team in
Cairo. PwC is looking for passionate AWS Cognitive Customer Experience Engineers to join our Cloud practice. You will help drive innovation, build differentiated solutions, and define new customer experiences for our customers. You'll work with smart people across our industry specialist organizations, and technology groups to help our customers get the most out of AWS in their cloud journey.

You will be part of a team that reports to the Cloud Service Delivery Director and will be an integral part of the team based in Cairo, as well as those delivering client transformation programs across the PwC Global Network, including the UK, the Netherlands and Germany.

As a Cloud Engineer , you will play a key role in the following areas:

- Design and Implement solutions focused on customer experience and customer engagement
- Lead customer discovery and design sessions
- Work with a global mindset with teams based in the UK.
- Work with PwC's global network to bring best practices and assets to the local market
- Participate in design activities with client and lead design and process discussions
- Interact with management levels at a client and/or within PwC/AWS
- Delivering exceptional client service and solutions
- Ability to provide estimation of effort for technical developments
- Ability to manage stream deliverables
- Responsible for issue resolution post go-live and transition to support

Requirements

Required Skills:

- A service designer with a good development skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Experience in AWS core services (compute, storage, databases, analytics, networking and security)
- Experience with at least 2 AWS services (Amazon Connect, Lex, Polly, Lambda)
- Proven record of using customer experience and engagement tools, preferably within the AWS and Amazon ecosystem. eg. Amazon Connect
- You'll have hands-on AWS implementation experience across a broad range of AWS services, with deeper capabilities and interests in specific services.
- Scripting capability and the ability to develop AWS environments as code
- Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as Python/Node.js
- A mindset of automating everything, with experience demonstrating this
- Knowledge in legacy contact centers and IVRs, with associated business tooling

Not limited to but Good to have :

- Certified in AWS cloud (AWS Cloud Practitioner | AWS Cloud SAA)

Essential skills & attributes:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as basic presentation skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced & unstructured environment.
- Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to interact efficiently and collaborate with team members

Education:

University

- Bachelors education in a Computer Science/ IT / Communications Engineering

Desired Languages:

- Fluent (English) - Speaking and Writing
