Job Description & Summary

Role Responsibilities:

- Create designs for the corporate communications team, targeting both internal and external stakeholders.
- Create designs that are consistent with our brand guidelines.
- Be accountable for brand consistency across campaigns and assets.
- Create communications for internal audiences including but not limited to presentations, scripts, briefing documents, intranet articles, and employee communications, messages, and emails.
- Manage internal mailboxes and support the flow of internal communications.
- Spot communication opportunities and help plan how communication is cascaded down across the organisation.
- Create and design various materials for digital and print.
- Select colours, fonts, images, and layouts.
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
- Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
- Create visualisations that convey accurate messaging for each initiative and channel.
- Work with 3rd party printing and production agencies
- Assist in the planning and manage the execution of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Role Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field or mass communications degree with a certification in a design field.
- Creative minded individual with a keen sense of visualizing content and storytelling. Ability to learn on their feet and create designs that support written content.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- English Writing skills is a must - Arabic writing skills is a plus
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with Google Workspace (especially google slides) is a plus
- The ability to work in a structured manner within a very fluid and high-paced environment.
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator - experience in motion graphic design is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
- Time management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print; web development experience is a plus.
- Experience with both print and digital media
- Ability to cooperate with other departments smoothly.
