Job Description:

- Manages and trains the security team.
- Hires and onboards new security members.
- Sets the security team staffing schedule.
- Ensure all security aspects in place.
- Follow-up and monitor the security team attendance, performance.
- Set the evaluation parameters for all the security team.
- Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Enforce all security policies and procedures in place.
- Conducts regular security inspections & audits.
- Investigates security threats and breaches.
- Prepare comprehensive security reports.
- Presents security improvement plans to executives.
- Builds and manages the security departmental budget.
- Leads company emergency response trainings.
- Maintains utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Ensures that the team follows security and privacy laws and standards.
- Manages a team and has advanced leadership skills.
- Remains calm in fast-paced and stressful situations.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and is diligent.
- Works well independently and has strong project management skills.
- Communicates well and has excellent written and verbal communication skills .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Committed and reliable.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree holder.
- English language Excellent level.
- Ex-military or police officer is a must.
- Presentable is a must.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
