• Optimize product performance through effective use of site/product analytics, categorization, seasonal collections, on-site search, ratings & reviews, product recommendations, A/B testing and other digital merchandising tools.
• Define site merchandising strategy and tactics to meet business objectives.
• Strategies and tactics include, but not limited to, navigation, product placement, content, photography, product information, etc.
• Conduct product QA testing and work with product, creative and technology teams to ensure new products are depicted accurately.
• Implement the site merchandising strategies that focus on key conversion drivers, optimal site presentation, maximizing visitor engagement and shopping experience, and drives multichannel efforts.
• Understand current landscape, opportunities, assortment, competition and buyers vision by category and use this knowledge to properly assort, merchandise and market product online.
• Ensure site appropriately communicates key messages/promotions, aligns with overall brand and tone.
• Proof all online copy, imagery and pricing for accuracy.
• Work with key team members, and vendor partners to create inspiring and engaging product content including copy, video and images.
• Partner with online marketing teams to synergize messaging, identify feature products and optimize results.
• Perform market analysis, audit competitive websites, and analyze sales trends to keep abreast of current trends in product and ecommerce technology.
• Manage onsite events (peak & non peak) from planning, execution & monitoring
• Ability to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels of stakeholders
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, high pressured environment, bias for action

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Analytical skills
• Advanced excel proficiency
• Superb communication skills
• Fluency in English & Arabic
• Basic understanding of P&L
• 10 Years of experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• SQL is a plus
• E-commerce back ground is a plus
