Job description / Role
In charge of meal preparation, you coordinate the tasks of each team member and ensure that all activities are carried out correctly and on-time. In the restaurant, you establish the menu and dishes together with the restaurant manager and you ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through you watchful presence.
Requirements
- Level of Education Bachelor / Licence Areas of study Food and beverage Professional experiences 3 to 5 years Languages essential Arabic (Primary tongue)<br/>English (Intermediate)
- Essential and optional requirements
- Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service.
- Extremely high quality standard oriented chef to be able to satisfy local and as well international guests with high expectation
- Ensure effective cost control by utilizing proper scheduling, minimization of waste, food allocation techniques, controlling all food inventories and contribute to Food & Beverage profitability through strategic and innovative initiatives and ongoing assessment of product offering vs value perceived
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working order and maintain hygiene procedures
- Take an active role in all F&B operations including front of the house operations, liaise and work closely with F&B
