Job description / Role
MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Secure Export Volumes through Production and Shipping Planning Tasks
JOB SUMMARY
• Attend weekly SU / MSO meetings.
• Attend weekly WOM meetings
• Support and Facilitate solving operational issues between Sourcing and other teams (whether Local or MSO Teams)
• Ensure best Customer Service delivered by Sourcing team by responding timely to all Customers queries, requests, demand updates,….etc, and give feedback on the same day.
• Follow up on SCR Inputs / Output. Attend SCR Closing Meeting, Make sure the output is shared with MSOs OTIF.
• Follow up on shipping process to be OTIF, based on WOM output.
• Ensure Sourcing team dispatches all stocks at month closing, or raise and follow up on provisions, in case shipping won't be possible.
• Ensure all department reports are submitted on time & follow up on KPIs results (Achievement Report, ICDOT & ICCFOT Reports, Customer Service Surveys).
• Share Sourcing Deck with SC team.
• Receive Customers Feedback and Complaints and work on solving them with the concerned teams (e.g. Finance, Quality, R&D, Planning, SM…etc).
• Call for and prepare F2F regular meetings with MSOs, to agree on WOW, forward plans, and to ensure good sourcing relationship in place.
• Work with Planning team on special projects, eg. Safety Stock for Customers, Reducing RPM LT…etc.
• Explore new sourcing opportunities with Regional teams and MSO teams.
• Confirm Capacity with Planning teams.
• Share the available portfolio with the Regional / MSO team.
• Share TPs, MOQs, Technical Information with above team.
• Communicate available trading benefits with above teams (eg. Trade Agreements, Freight Reduction, PTR,…etc).
• Communicate Mashreq achievements to Management and LT teams, as part of Marketing campaign to Mashreq SU.
• Drive Company Sourcing Vision through the above tasks.
Requirements
• BSc in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning, Exports, & Sourcing – FMCG experience is preferable
• Fully Operational on Planning Skills and Tools.
• Fully Operational on Customer Service Mindset.
• Fully Operational on Logistics terms, rules,…etc.
• Basic SAP Knowledge is preferred
