Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role purpose:
Lead the Financial Services (FS) active base growth through identifying potential segments, developing relevant proposition experience and GTM. Understanding, and analysing current customer payment behaviour to serve and enhance customer experience.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

Base Activities & GTM:
- Developing and executing campaigns to promote the FS products effectively to target audience.
- Analysing customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to drive initiatives that improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Leading and working on product positioning strategies to differentiate the product to the target audience.
- Market Research: conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends and competitors.

Requirements

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
- Strong telecom and payment commercial knowledge
- Excellent commercial & GTM background
- High level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent understanding of Agile Product Management
- Excellent quantitative data analysis, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent Technical knowledge of fintech technology and trends as well as consumer marketing/strategies
- Excellent understand of Fintech-high tech marketing.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- BSc degree in business, marketing, or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in fintech/Marketing industry
