Then come and join EBS Enterprise Command Center (ECC) team as it continues its journey of building modern, interactive products that provide operational intelligence, information discovery and visualization.

ECC team is a techno/functional team with talented and highly skilled individuals that are always on the cutting edge of building new features and capabilities into the product. Utilizing Oracle JET for the front end and Java middleware of the backend, the team builds a declarative framework for creating feature rich dashboards that allow modern and responsive interaction with the wealth of data in an enterprise system. The team is also responsible for building Financials dashboard across multiple functional areas in EBS. ECC and the content around it are a transformational feature for Enterprise business users on EBS. The product is growing at an exponential rate in terms of features and richness in content from release to release.

As a frontend development leader, you will be responsible for guiding the UI team through the design, development and testing. In addition, you will help build the roadmap for the team developing modern and innovative experiences.

UI Lead (IC4)

· 8+ years of web development experience
· 5+ years of leading UI teams
· Extensive experience with a javascript framework (Knockout/Angular/React/etc)
· Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
· Experience writing javascript/jQuery plugins from scratch
· Experience with modern front-end development workflow
· Experience with javascript profiling and memory usage
· Experience with page speed optimization
· Experience with web fonts and typography
· Prior work creating, maintaining, and advocating the use of style guides throughout a web application
· Good experience with testing frameworks
· Experience with responsive design
· Work well in teams, respecting and welcoming ideas from partners, business stakeholders, and technical experts
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

Requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Delivered one or more production web applications (500+ users) using a contemporary JavaScript framework (e.g. Angular, React, Backbone, Ember, Meteor, jQuery)
· Passion for creating efficient, scalable, highly usable web interfaces
· Excited about technology, have a strong interest in learning about and playing with the latest technologies and building compelling web applications and UI
· Experience with Oracle JET
· Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency and drive
· Design expertise and experience with UI and workflow prototyping tools
· Strong web development experience for 3rd party developer use or console work
· Ability to convert a design document into a working user interface with no loss in fidelity
· Knowledge of usability principles, cross-browser compatibility, and HTML document architecture
· A love for data visualization
· Understanding of web services technologies such as HTTP, WSDL, XSD, and REST
· Android/Kindle/iOS development experience
