Frontend Technical Lead

Role Profile
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Frontend Technical Lead to lead our talented team of frontend developers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user interfaces, a strong background in frontend technologies, and the ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.

Job Duties:

Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of frontend developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages creativity and innovation.

Project Oversight:
-Oversee the frontend development of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
-Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scopes and deliverables.

Technical Direction:
-Set and communicate technical direction for frontend development, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
-Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.

Requirements

Collaboration:
-Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and cohesive solutions.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Frontend Architecture:
- Drive the architectural decisions for frontend development, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance frontend capabilities.

Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the frontend team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives.

Client Interaction:
- Engage with clients to understand their frontend requirements, provide technical insights, and address any concerns.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.

Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce best practices related to frontend testing and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve issues during the testing phase.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Excellent knowledge of programming languages and different frameworks (JavaScript, Typescript, Angular).
- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with any CSS framework like bootstrap
- Experience with SASS / Styled Components .
- Deep knowledge of different programming styles and paradigms.
- Deep experience in designing systems and scales.
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Experience with web development tools like npm and webpack
- Familiarity with cross platform like Flutter
- Proficiency in English
