Role Summary:

The Modality FF Leader drives overall modality performance by achieving optimal balance between Production, Sales and Inventory (PSI) and maximizes customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Accountable for systemically driving overall operational excellence, simplification, digitization and continuous improvement in all fulfillment processes.
• Conduct and participate in reviews with zones for FF escalations. Ensure customer and Business impact is understood and prioritized.
• Participate in Make Center Fulfillment reviews with GSC. Drive prioritization, mitigation plans for gaps, interrogate and communicate the R&O profile.
• Communicate compliance with holds issued from Make Centers with clear actions plans and ownership.
• Provide all Stakeholders with real time information on all FF issues and support them in the mitigation plans.
• Support strategic imperatives (Growth, Simplification & Quality) and initiatives in order to ensure the fulfillment of business requirements and to optimize business performance.
• Conduct and participate in performance & KPI reviews to understand areas for improvement, strong performance, and to stay aligned to continuous improvement Efforts Company wide.
• Improve Modality Inventory Levels - Reduce Obsolescence and defective inventory
• Be the pivot point between GSC, Pole Modality GM's and the Zones on FF escalations and Business impact.
• Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int'l Law is broken.
• Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int'l Law is broken
• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years' experience in Project management, inventory management,
• Fair knowledge of Logistics, and warehousing Processes.
• Experience in Supply Chain processes is preferred,
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment
• Capable of working under pressure and available after normal business hours
• Basic knowledge of Financial or Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Power Point, and Word
• Ability to communicate using English
• Ability to prioritize and manage many immediate customer needs.

Desired Characteristics:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Fair Knowledge of import/export regulations
• Oracle knowledge
• General knowledge of Lean process methodology.
• Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures.
• Ability to energize, develop and build rapport and resolve conflicts across functions and at all levels within the organization.
• Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-taking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to detail.
• Adaptable to multiple requests, daily changes and still deliver on commitments.
