VOIS is seeking a talented Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript, with a preference for expertise in React on the front end and Node.js on the backend. While the primary focus will be on backend development, proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes to ensure code quality and stability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software development.

Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in full stack development with a focus on JavaScript.
- Strong proficiency in React for frontend development.
- Solid understanding of Node.js for backend development.
- Experience with Backstage.io is a plus.
- Experience with Python is a plus.
- Basic experience with Docker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
