Guest Experience Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Guest Experience Manager to join our team.

What you will be doing:
Guest Experience Program / Voice of the Guest: Ensures the reputation management of the hotel is fully functional on all levels including driving review volume, analyzing of RPS results, ensuring adequate review answers, monitor competitors, audit brand standards and operational efficiency, initiating operational improvement efforts and tracking results. Is responsible for achieving or exceeding the hotel’s RPS score.

Social Media: Ensures social media engagement strategies are in-place for both on-site and off-site customers for all major channels and ensures execution. Is responsible for achieving the hotel’s Social Media targets.

Guest Relationships: Has regular and close contact with guests to ensure in-depth understanding of feedback and trends..

Planet21 & Green Globe: Ensures the action plans for both environmental and sustainability programs are in place and followed by supporting Departments. Is responsible for achieving the certification.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
• Full professional proficiency in English (German and/or Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Full professional proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Formal presentation skills and public speaking.
• 2 years’ experience in same or similar position preferred.
