Job description / Role
Key tasks
- Is in charge of the organisation and smooth running of events from the customer's first contact through to departure
- Ensures a high standard of service for customers
- Welcomes customers and helps foster loyalty
- Maintains good relations with the other hotel departments (rooms, food & beverage, kitchen, technical team etc)
- Manages and updates the customer database
- Ensures that services are of a high standard and checks they comply with the specifications set up with the customer
- Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
- Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones

Skills
- Level of Education Bachelor / Licence Areas of study Hospitality Management Professional experiences 1 to 2 years
Languages essential
- French
- German
Essential and optional requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
- BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field
- Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in French, German languages
