Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a Housekeeping Senior Executive

What will you do?
- Assign workers duties and inspect the house-keepers work to maintain the cleaning standards
- Daily supervision of the housekeeping and pest control staff, including the day events schedule
- Responsible to inspect and record all areas as per the SLAs and KPIs agreed with outsourced contractors to avoid complaints and ensure the client's satisfaction
- Coordinate with vendors, e.g.: Pest control, Housekeeping, scent Machines co, and Façade cleaning, to ensure they follow the planned schedule
- Conducting daily briefing of outsourced housekeeping personnel.
- Obtain list of areas to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective tasks to prepare work assignments.

What will you need?
- Three years of experience
- Awareness of housekeeping operations
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools
- supervisory skills
- Very good communication skills
