PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a conjunction between HR and Business Units to provide HR counseling in all related HR fields and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Align with legal department to minimize any legal risk that may prevent from achieving business objectives
• Manage and resolve employee relations complex issues that includes investigations and action recommendations
• Writing JD's and agreeing with the line managers on key measurable objectives
• Recruiting and Interviewing candidates for the vacancies with the briefs as shared by the line managers.
• Posting advertisements for new vacancies through different recruitment channels.
• Head hunting master for crucial key positions
• Ability to interview at least to manager level and to negotiate salaries after the line managers have agreed on the candidate.
• Conducting the Employee orientation and implement the regional on-boarding procedure
• Ability to conduct employee induction programs for new staff into the organization and (maintaining and capturing employee data, preparing induction packs).
• Responsible for rolling out strategic HR initiatives.
• Organizational Development and Space planning for growth.
• Appraisal System management full cycle with view on development goals
• Help in categorizing development goals into more broad development programs
• Fair Knowledge of Egypt labor laws.
• Employee Handbook/Guidelines and Policy development and documentation.
• Leave management process and compliance matrix for leaves.
• Data management and updating for the group of companies and HRMIS.
• Company employee communication matrix, (Newsletters, events, announcements and all relevant announcements).
• Manage all employee's benefits from Medical Insurance, Mobile lines and packages schemes control. As well, responsible for attracting new benefits based on employees feedback
• Full responsibility on employee engagement activities and measurements.

Requirements

• Seeking highly qualified candidates who are strategic thinkers.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills. MBA - HR qualified individuals.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR in diverse roles
• Very strong recruitment and head hunting skills.
