Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team in Cairo, Egypt within the Building Materials industry. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the human resources activities and programs within the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring fair and competitive compensation for employees
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR processes are effective and efficient
- Responsible for the establishment, registration, office location selection, leasing, and other affairs of the new company
- Plans and leads company Quarterly meetings, annual meetings and marketing activities etc., arranges reception for guests
- Coordinates the management of company materials(such as fixed asset and office supplies) and control the cost

Salary:
AED 1,100 to 1,200 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven work experience as an HR Supervisor, HR Manager, or similar role
- At least 5 years experience in Human Resource Practice
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), such as SAP or Oracle
- Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations in Egypt
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Language Skill: Fluent speaking and writing skills in English, Chinese speaking and writing as preferred
- Computer Skill should be high proficiency level
