Employment: Full Time

about the role

Job Purpose:

Perform systems services Implementation (Windows & Linux normal and virtualized servers) operation tasks; including solving incidents, performing changes, implementing new releases, service packs, upgrades, patches and maintaining the service configuration within the configuration management system as well as identifying problems and escalating it to the proper fix group.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Implement systems new HW and new releases.
• Implement Backup and storage new HW and new releases.
• Responsible of the implementation of the solution in the perimeter that has been assigned by the SIC and on line with his technical field of competences
• Responsible to produce the deliverable assigned by the SIC
• Initializes technical task , execute or request execution
• Manage configuration of the service
• Participates to the definition of transversal acceptance test plans (integration & migration plans) in coordination with core team and ensures the execution of the decided test plan
• Execute internal acceptance tests
• Follow technical problem and resolved them
• Ensures completeness of deliverables required for Handover to Operations teams

Requirements

About you

Educational background:
• Computer, Communication or Electronics MIS, B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree.
• Soft Skill /Business Courses & Certification (time management, negotiation/communication skills) are recommended.

Professional Experience:

• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of server management technical experience.
