Infrastructure Specialist - Storage, Data Protection and Systems

- As an Infrastructure Specialist you will implement and troubleshoot data center, virtualization and cloud technologies including but not limited to VMWare, NSX, Nutanix
- You will design, implementation, and administer server hardware, operating systems, and applications including physical servers, virtualization infrastructure (Hyper-V, VMware), and storage subsystems (iSCSI, SAN, NAS, etc.)
- Lead projects, ensuring they are in compliance with established standards/procedures
- You will configure and deploy application storage, database storage, data backup, data archiving, and disaster recovery solutions

Requirements

Required Skills / Experience

- 4-6 Years of experience with infrastructure, virtualization and storage
- Experience in providing Infrastructure professional services
- Trouble shooting skills in data center, virtualization, storage and cloud technologies
- Extensive knowledge and hands on experience with Active Directory, VMware vCenter, ESXi, vRealize Automation, Site Recovery Manager, Operations Manager, Zerto Cloud, Netbackup, Dell Compellent, Brocade Fibre Channel Networking, and PowerShell
- Proficiency in enterprise class Operating Systems (Windows, Unix/Linux, and VMware)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - Professional, dependable, and flexible team player
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Project lead, project delivery and operations, able to demonstrate leadership skills within each area across custom and complex solutions

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Qualifications

- Bachelor in IT, Computer Science or relevant area
- Infrastructure systems (Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNA, etc.) desirable, but extensive experience will also be considered
