Employment: Full Time

Role Purpose:

Working with the IT Hubs team in Vodafone Business UK, the candidate will be responsible for a number of support activities for franchise management, onboarding, and general administration. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT Hubs Administrative Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include franchise onboarding tasks, lead management, and processing commissions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks and have a strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be proactive, have strong analytical skills and be a capable stakeholder manager.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

Franchise Onboarding:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring all necessary documentation and operating materials are provided, and onboarding checklist completed.
- Support the IT Hubs Franchise Manager with inquiries and providing support during onboarding.

Lead Management:
- Manage the flow of leads between Vodafone's Marketing & Lead Gen team and the franchises.
- Maintain a record of lead status and update regularly to ensure GDPR requirements are met.

Commissions Processing:
- Process commissions for franchisees and sales representatives accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the IT Hubs Sales and Revenue Manager to address any discrepancies or issues related to commissions and resolve them efficiently.

Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate with internal teams, franchisees, and Partner Manager to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise lead generation processes.
- Provide adequate insights to enable Decision support.

Requirements

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Fluent in English, IELTS 7
- University degree in quantitative subject and postgraduate business qualification
- Excellent command of computer use (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, word, Power Bi, and Power Platforms).
- Good numerical skills
- Strong collaboration and experience working in a team environment.
- Highly motivated self-starter who can drive changes with high levels of professionalism, mobility, energy and initiative.
- Proactive, flexible and ability to work under pressure in a high-growth, high-uncertainty environments.
- Ability to approach technical/operational challenges from a business perspective.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities under tight timeframes, while maintaining the professional standards.
- Objective focused
- Drive towards continuous development and improvement.
- Customer Service/Care experience is an advantage.
- Proven ability to understand new areas quickly
- Excellent communication skills

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications:
- Relevant business qualification
- Relative educational major (preferably in mathematics or quantitative fields0.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English Language
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Advanced/Excellent level in MS Excel
- Advanced PPT skills are required
- Sales/Sales Operations/Sales Support background is a plus
