PURPOSE:
Improve OBS revenues by supporting our stakeholders in transversal, various and international projects. Lead sourcing activities to optimize suppliers/partners conditions, mitigate risks and save costs. Key player in strategic corporate programs.
Within a team of 6 people spread internationally, we are seeking a buyer in charge of IT Professional Services Sourcing for French Stakeholders.
Your mission is at the heart of OBS's strategy, by meeting the needs of IT external competencies for our Business Units in charge of OBS's

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Contributing to perpetual competition on IT External Workers market, integrated in a pool of Buyer with a strong team spirit.
- Steering of the end-to-end purchasing process:
- Build the tenders in collaboration with the project team,
- Analyse the offers (quality, pricing, deliveries) & define the procurement strategy,
- Drive the commercial and contractual negotiation,
- Select the more competitive suppliers,
- Present the Sourcing recommendations to the top management (Enterprise Demand Committee/ IT Demand Committee).
- Monitor the suppliers' performance both quantitative and qualitative.
- Communicate to the stakeholders (mainly in France) in order to promote the negotiated contracts
- Share commodity expertise with respective stakeholders.
- Cooperate with Legal, Finance, Security and Data protection officers.
- Interact with the network of buyers (Group, BuyIn, Local, Projects, Sourcing OBS SA).

Requirements

About you
- Previous working experience in sourcing or procurement would be an advantage
- Simultaneous projects management and strategic & risks oriented.
- Legal insight and analytical and results oriented.
- Interest in IT Software
- Fluent level in French (C1+) and English (B2) is mandatory.
- Leadership, assertiveness, and team spirit.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship oriented.
- Proactive, continuous learner and change oriented person.
