Job description / Role
DAR Engineering, a leading design & engineering consulting organization in Saudi Arabia engaged in Power Generation, Electrical Transmission & Distribution, Health Care & High Rise Buildings
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative and functional landscape designs that meet their requirements.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit BIM software.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on-time and within budget.
- Manage project budgets and schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and clients to ensure project success.
- Handling the clients introductions at the beginning of a job, answering questions, responding to client requests, making reasonable changes to the plan, and providing a walk-through at the job's completion.
- Coordinate with other related engineering disciplines Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP & Infrastructure to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture with a minimum of 13 to 16 years of experience in landscape design.
- Experience working with multinational design consultants.
- Proficiency in Revit BIM.
- Strong design and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
