Raya Foods; one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a Legal Manager

What will you do?
- Develop compliance strategies to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Oversee the drafting and negotiation processes for contracts and agreements.
- Oversee the collaboration processes with the internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with company policies and legal standards.
- Follow up and oversee Raya Foods court proceedings if any.
- Coordinating with the management for consultation and strategic direction with compliance related to contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations.
- Oversee all legal actions "lawsuits" in order to ensure that all the lawsuits are properly handled at the courts, experts and other judicial authorities .
- Develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
- Responsible for maintaining good relationship with external legal councils, and overall legal authorities.
- Oversee the adherence Ensure that policies are aligned with legal requirements and industry best practices.

- Good knowledge of corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, and commercial regulations.
