Raya Auto; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Local Purchasing Executive

What will you do?
- Receive purchase requests from the concerned authority and review them for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify potential suppliers and solicit offers for materials and goods based on cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
- Receive purchases promptly and accurately match quantities and specifications, ensuring that the received items align with the specified quantities and meet the required specifications.
- Prepare and submit regular work reports, documenting purchase activities and supplier performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
- Generate purchase orders promptly and accurately based on the procurement requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery order.

Requirements

What will you need?
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Computer Skills
- problem Solving Skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations is a plus.
