Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a Mall Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Mall Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mall, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and managing the tenants and their requirements. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage a team and ensure the smooth running of all operations in the mall.

Job Responsibility:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall, including managing tenant relations and resolving any issues or concerns
- Ensure the mall is clean, safe, and well-maintained, coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping teams as needed
- Monitor and enforce mall policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by tenants, staff, and guests
- Handle guest/tenant complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with tenants regarding lease agreements, rent collection, and any contract-related matters
- Conduct regular inspections of the mall premises to identify any maintenance or safety concerns and take appropriate actions
- Prepare reports and updates on the mall's operations, including financial and operational performance, for management review

Requirements

Skills

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mall operations, property management, or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a diverse team of employees
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, customers, and staff
- Sound knowledge of mall operations, property management principles, and local regulations and laws related to commercial properties
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Proficient in computer applications and software relevant to the role, such as Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required in a mall operation environment
- The job location is in El-Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October City
