Employment: Full Time

Position Summary

Responsible for the full organization and supervision of Medical Field activities at Regional level with the purpose of delivering set business goals within the full compliance to WHO Code, Nestle policies and Instructions

A day in the life of

- Supervise the Medical team to provide accurate information to Health Care Professionals about Nestle's services and Infant Nutrition products solutions within the WHO code and Nestle Instructions and policies
- Coach Medical team to develop their skills and behaviors for a sustained effectiveness and personal development with active coordination of Performance development team
- Manage and assure correct execution of HCP Communication plans in line with business goals with active coordination of Marketing team
- Analyze demographic, HCP and institutions data to allocate manpower & inputs to each geography
- Provide strategic inputs to field operations of Business history, market potential, competition strongholds and their business data to formulate business plans for territory
- Share HCP insights coming from the Medical Field Force with Marketing and combine these findings with consumer insights gained by marketing

Requirements

What will make you successful

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry or Veterinary
- 4-5 years of experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical or nutrition companies
- Exposure in team management, coaching and development
