Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Infrastructure and Electro-Mechanical lead
• Follow up Design Progress throughout all Design phases, schematic design and design development.
• Manage infrastructure and MEP Design Coordination meetings.
• Technical review of MEP design documents, drawings and specifications.
• Technical evaluation for contractors’ base offers
• Technical evaluation for designers’ proposals.
• Review contractor's MEP change order proposals.
• Prepare recommendations to the PM for review.
• Assist in negotiations with contractors regarding changes in contract value or project duration.
• Review contractors' claims related to MEP works.
• Prepare recommendations for claims approval or rejection.
• Managed MEP change request and variation order for design and construction.
• Manage and lead MEP teams on projects

Requirements

• Possess more than 15 years of experience in MEP works.
• Real Estate background is preferable. Contractor or Consultant backgrounds are acceptable.
• Experience in residential compounds is a must
• Excellent Managerial and Leadership Skills.
• Excellent command of English Language.
