Purpose of the job

Run targeted campaign in alignment with marketing team to diversify customer usage and revive silent base through tailored fit offers

Duties and responsibilities
- Analyze multiple datasets & create relevant segmentation to identify opportunities and quickly turn insights into marketers and sales initiatives.
- Run targeted campaign in alignment to diversify customer usage and revive silent base through tailored fit offers
- Looking after Orange cash base, wallets activity to meet the company requirements and achieve -channel targeted contribution margin
- Use marketing intelligence, customer insight & analysis to understand their audiences and the effectiveness of their campaigns
- Understand and report against engagement program KPIs, forecast, track, analyze and report on activity
- Work with key stakeholders across company and internal partners to improve the campaigns
- Use and improve the campaign briefing process
- Use test and learn approach to campaigns to ensure continued success.

Requirements

Job specification

Education
- University Degree BA, Economics, Marketing

Experience
- A minimum 2 years of experience in marketing & CVM
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the telecommunication sector or relevant industry

- Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals & strategic thought process

- Good strategic thinking based knowledge in marketing
