Job Description
- Install, configure, support and maintain firewall and other network hardware and software infrastructure according to industry best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention devices, switches and VPN concentrators for Raya Data Center Physical and Virtual environments
- Gather/document requirements and identify/recommend appropriate solutions
- Diagnose and manage complex security problems and coordinate resolution often under time constraints
- Participate in incident management, asset management, change management, project management, and continuous improvement of network environment
- Manage firewall/security systems by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access
- Report firewall operational status by gathering and prioritizing information
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve current problems and solve issues, often under time constraints
- Cover Data Centers shifts 24/7 according to the shift schedule maintained by Data Center team leaders if needed
- Perform Data Center physical eye check for (Temperature, humidity, Customers physical equipment as Racks, Servers and Storages, Surveillance recording system, Building Management system)
Facilitate Data Center customers' visit with Security and Facility department and maintain visits logs

Requirements

Skills
- 3-5 years of experience.
- B.Sc . degree in engineering (computer/communication).
- ITI and NTI ITI certified (Network security track).
- Strong knowledge of CCNA Security and CCNP Security, NSE4, NSE7, F5 big-IP.
- Strong knowledge of the design, installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of multi-protocol networks.
- Palo Alto ACE/Palo Alto CNSE engineer certification is a plus.
