Job Description
- Responsible for:

Overseeing end-to-end project management and service delivery related to Oracle Fusion Application implementations. You will lead a team of consultants, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.

- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Application implementation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Lead a team of consultants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and providing regular updates.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate project activities from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned sessions to enhance project delivery processes.

Requirements

Personal Skills
- 12+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager, specifically leading Oracle Fusion Application implementation projects.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Technical Skills

- Previous experience in a consulting or system integration environment will be advantageous.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and budget management.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
