Introduction
As a Finance & Administration Business Associate you'll be a trusted business advisor. You'll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis, and providing insight and innovation into the business. You'll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high quality product.

Your Role and Responsibilities
This position is based in IBM Cairo CPS, role is a process leader for Finance Shared Service Centre. The process leader will lead all stockholders for Order to Cash Departments for a premium client. This role will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that statutory reporting, best practices and digitization is fully embedded in the functional areas to achieve the organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, as requirement
- Complete ownership of accounting and reconciliations; ensures accuracy and timeliness

Requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
- Min 1-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable vertical.
- Strong English & Arabic language skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
- Excellent Communication skills, experience in handling stakeholder/client calls
- Working knowledge on applicable ERP application
- Hands on Experience in accounts receivable
- Hands on Experience customer reconciliations
- Should have adequate knowledge of end-to-end process exceptions to provide resolution on escalated cases
- An ability to prioritize and manage expectations
- A keen eye for detail
