PMH Service Partner Manager

The Partner Management hub is a global organisation with a focus on nurturing our thriving ecosystem of SAP partners (Sell and Service). We are developing a team of hub-based partner managers to help our Partners continually grow and succeed with SAP. This is an exciting time for the Partner Management hub organisation as the scope and responsibilities are evolving. The opportunity of a Partner Manager is a highly responsible Inside Relationship Management role where the candidate develops and maintains a 1:1 professional relationship with a set of designated SAP Partners.

The Service Partner Manager is the orchestrator of the Partner Relationship. They are the main point of contact for building the Partner relationship with SAP and the central advisor to our PE Service Partners. They own the Partner relationship end to end and are responsible for coordinating all SAP interactions to drive Partner investments and growth in SAP's solutions portfolio. Our Service Partner Managers have a clear focus on maximising time to value for our customers by driving delivery best practices with our partners.

Responsibilities:
- Build an executive level relationship with our Partners, focused on defining and execution of business goals aligned with SAP strategy
- Have an excellent understanding of the IT landscape and whitespace in your assigned region
- Understand SAP's strategy and key initiatives, translating these as relevant to your Partners
- Develop a strong relationship with the key stakeholders that operate in your region to support your Partners business goals
- Quarterly Business Reviews with your Partners to review achievement and adjust strategy as required
- Coordinate and/or deliver targeted sessions to grow and develop your Partners' business
- Orchestrate supporting teams to help partners drive value for our customers

Requirements

- Experience in a previous account or Partner management role preferrable
- Proven record in one of the following industries an advantage:
- Account Management in the Software / IT Industry
- Professional services or support roles
- Strong Understanding of channel business in the software industry
- Confidence working across all levels in an organisation and possess strong presence
- Must be highly credible both internally and externally
- Demonstrable strong interpersonal and team-working abilities
- Problem analysis and resolution abilities.
- Creative thinker
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
- A pro-active and result-oriented team-player with strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Fluency in English mandatory plus German language preferable
