Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

About the Role:
• Ongoing maintenance on existing PRAs.
• Overseeing/leading GDPR compliance for new applications used by GDO or new operational portals for customers.
• Leading the remediation planning for compliance risks identified in PRAs for concerned applications.
• Ensure all locally implemented actions have an identified owner and completion date.
• Track and report progress to the central team and GDO executive management.
• Coordinate with Orange Business GDPR core team for:
• Reporting GDO progress on activities.
• Ensuring GDO compliance with Orange Business guidelines.
• Awareness of global procedures to be cascaded to GDO actors and communication of such.
• Supporting activities for applications with a security (DVS) score less than 15 once requirements are clear.
• Supporting and training GDPR correspondents and raising awareness within the general GDO community.
• Overseeing the customer data subject rights request management process.
• Maintaining GDO Records of Processing (RoP) and sub-processor list.
• Ensuring cookies and tracking technologies compliance for GDO web-based applications.
• GDO risk management: Updating the annual GDO risk register and implementing plans to mitigate critical risks.

Requirements

About You:
Functional or Technical Skills Required:
• Good knowledge of systems and networks (IT and telecommunications, architecture, OS, protocols, database).
• Ability to pilot projects.
• Auditing skills.
• Reporting skills.

Personal Skills:
• Rigor and analytical spirit.
• Autonomy.
• Proficiency in English and French languages.
