About the role

• Program Manager is responsible for managing waterfall or agile projects with the aim of ensuring optimal results and success of the projects. also leads these large and complex projects with contributions of and coordination with all internal (Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Security, ...) and external (vendors and suppliers) stakeholders
• In charge of the initialization, the planning, the execution, the monitoring and the closing of the projects.
• Ensure the program is executed with respect with projects and offers' development governance.
• Manage, coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary and cross-entity project teams.
• Identify with stakeholders and monitor project goals, requirements, and scope (MVP/MMR, subsequent releases).
• Plan, coordinate and monitor activities throughout the project.
• Manage and monitor costs and budget.
• Communicate with stakeholders concerning project status.
• Foresee and eliminate blockers and potential risks.

Requirements

About You

• Master's Degree
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Telecommunications, Networking or Security fields
• Minimum 5 years project managment experience
• Project management certification or MSP
• Knowledge of Agility methodologies and frameworks (SAFe knowledge is nice to have) and agile mindset
• Knowledge in network, connectivity solutions (LAN, WAN, UCC, Internet, SD-WAN, SASE, IT, Cloud connectivity,) and associated digital transformations
• Leadership and Transversal management
• Fluent in French and English
