Job Description

Responsible for assisting project manager in effectively managing tasks for assigned projects, including monitoring the status of engineering schedules with both the company's technical office and project consultants, tracking the issuance of purchase orders with procurement, coordinating with subcontractors, and other related duties
- Develop projects objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with project managers.
- Determine projects responsibilities by identifying projects phases and elements; reviewing bids from sub-contractors and suppliers
- Determine projects specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates
- Confirm project performance by designing and conducting installation, operation and commissioning testing on all systems of the project
- Establish projects schedule by studying project plane and specifications; calculating time requirement; sequencing project elements and resources.
- Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Control project plans by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Control project cost by approving expenditures; administering sub-contractor contracts
- Prepare project status reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions
- Maintain project database by entering and backing up data of all projects
- Maintain Deliverance & company reputation by complying with legal regulations and delivering the work with integrity in time and according to the required specifications.
- Maintain Safe environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations and follow up all HSE Instructions.

Requirements

Personal Skills
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Good Leadership skills
- Excellent technical report writing skills
- Very good command of English
- Very good computer skills, i.e.; primavera and/or Microsoft project

Technical Skills
- Good experience in project management.
- Preferable experience in water & waste water.
- Good planning experience.
- Good budgeting experience.
- Good Quality Control experience.

Education
- Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
