Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Approach new clients who might benefit from ESRI NEA’s services and maximizing client in designated regions and industry through networking, courtesy and follow-up calls
• Responsible for preparing requested reports and keeping customers’ records
• Comply to Alkan CIT Group’s strategies, to ensure meeting the annual sales target of the assigned account
• Create technical presentations and ensure that it satisfies the client needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
• Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks
• Ensure good quality of services by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of ESRI NEA systems and processes, and documenting them
• Network and follow up with the existing customers to maintain good relationships and links with these customers and promote additional products and upgrades

Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science or Equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 of experience in the same industry
• Preferable to have an existing network of clients within the same industry
• Knowledge of Market research tools
• Fluency in both English and Arabic languages
