Job Description

Raya Foods, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Engineer with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:
- Ensure that CCPs (Critical Control Points) monitoring system is implemented and timely reported.
- Implement MSCS (Master Cleaning Schedule) with Hygiene &Sanitation Team.
- Follow up the progress of IPM (Integrated Pest Management).
-Ensure that all Food Safety standards and PRPs (Pre requisites' Program) are implemented.
- Responsible for product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Responsible for performing sanitation verification testing on equipment and other areas required.
- Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and Documentation.
- Ensure employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices.
- Ensure and educates employees on food safety standards.
- Collect product samples for Product Development, lab retains and the laboratory.
- Perform inspections on Products, Equipment and Machinery.
- Conduct temperature checks on products and ensure all HACCP, and Heath Authority rules and regulations are followed and manage log books.
- Report violations to management to take disciplinary action.
